Our clients in this environment are normally Ministries of works and transport.   Their objective is to plan, develop and maintain an economic, efficient transport infrastructure and services. The overall management and administration of Motor Vehicles in terms of policy, regulation, and safety is the responsibility of our clients as provided for under the legislative framework for road traffic regulation.

We provide an integrated systems environment that supports the objective and mandate of our customers.

The primary goal of creating an integrated approach is to improve overall road safety for the citizens of the country, by establishing the following:

• Have a formal register of all vehicles that will enable the MOWT to determine trends and statistics for the planning of future roads infrastructure

• Registering all owners and drivers of vehicles to enable law enforcement in order to establish accountability and responsibility for proper use of the roads infrastructure

• Establishing standards for road use and ensuring compliance to international standards in the road transport domain.  This will enable citizens to drive legally in countries that subscribe to international standards    

• Establishing a revenue base through road users for improvement of road infrastructure and various road safety programs

• Regulating the industry around vehicles, from importers, dealers, insurance companies and traffic law enforcement.

• Increased and sustained revenue from Motor Vehicle Transactions, without affecting the poorest of the poor, that will enable the government to provide better services to all citizens of the country
